Warranty
All ICT products come with a one-year replacement warranty (with a three month distributor shelf time). If an ICT product requires repair, and is still under warranty, we will replace or repair the unit.

We strive for quick turnround time for all repairs. If a product is no longer under warranty, ICT charges the customer a flat rate.

R M A Procedure
To return a product to ICT for replacement or repair, we request that the following information is either telephoned or faxed to our office (Monday to Friday from 8am - 4:30pm PST):
  1. The ICT part number
  2. The serial number
  3. The ship-to address, and
  4. The preferred shipping courier and account number, if applicable
We will then provide the customer with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and the cost of repair if the unit is no longer under warranty.
